Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared within up to 5 days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery may take up to 15 days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Orders may be shipped by Korea Post or another express delivery service selected by the seller.

If shipping is offered as seller-paid shipping, the seller covers the original outbound shipping cost.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, including cases where the original outbound shipping was paid by the seller.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging and included items where applicable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cancellations & Payment Fees

If a cancellation causes payment processing fees, cancellation fees, currency conversion fees, or other non-refundable transaction fees, those costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Please contact us before returning any item or requesting a cancellation so we can confirm the correct process.
